Understanding and Practicing Consensual Non-Consent (CNC):Psychology, Safety, and Structure

Consensual Non-Consent (CNC) is a complex and advanced form of BDSM play that emphasizes trust, self-awareness, and deep communication between partners. This workshop explores the psychological, emotional, and physical dimensions of CNC, focusing on how to approach this type of play responsibly and ethically.

Participants will learn about negotiation frameworks, including RACK (Risk-Aware Consensual Kink) and PRICK (Personal Responsibility, Informed, Consensual Kink), and how these principles apply specifically to CNC dynamics. We will also discuss pre-scene preparation, scene structuring, and post-scene aftercare to ensure that experiences remain both fulfilling and safe.

By the end of this class, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the responsibilities and communication skills necessary to explore CNC fantasies within a framework of mutual consent and respect.
