The Hunt is designed to create space where tension builds, instinct sharpens, and participants feel the raw power that only the chase can summon. Whether you move as Predator, prey, or something fluid and undefined, the Hunt offers a rare opportunity to discover how your body responds when the world narrows to breath, heartbeat, and pure sensation. 

To hunt you must be vetted. The Hunt is reserved for those who are vetted to ensure safety, readiness, and a shared understanding of the primal energy that fuels the experience. Vetting is not a barrier — it is a doorway. It ensures that every participant enters the Hunt grounded, aware, and capable of engaging with the varying levels of intensity. This protects not only the individuals involved but the integrity of the Hunt itself. You do not need to be vetted to attend the event.

The Viking Feast is a community gathering that blends primal energy with camaraderie, ritual, and celebration. Predator and prey return from the Hunt as equals, united in the sacred aftermath of the chase —A time to honor the land, the Hunt, and the fierce animal spirit within every attendee. A feast where the wild is welcomed, celebrated, and fed. his is not just a meal.
It is a rite of the Pack.

The Summer Hunt and Feast event welcomes participants of all roles and identities. You do not need to identify as Primal to attend; you simply need openness, curiosity, and desire to live in a moment of pure authenticity. Many people discover new facets of themselves during the Hunt — power they hadn’t named, instincts they hadn’t trusted, or a something they hadn’t yet explored. Every Hunt is based on balancing structure and freedom, allowing participants to explore raw instincts while remaining rooted in awareness and consent. We follow BDSM consent guidelines and have a pre-hunt negotiation circle ensuring that the experience is both transformative and safe. The ribbons are the heart of the Hunt and allows for personalized levels of intensity. 

The Hunt is not performance. It is not theater.
It is connection, immersion, and the honest wildness that emerges when the human animal is given room to breathe.

The Camp

Two days in the breathtaking Cedro Peak Campground in the Tijeras Mountains. With the entire campground reserved for the event, every tree, every clearing, and every fresh mountain breeze seems to exist only to accommodate your primal and kinky desires.

Camp includes a tent site, two meals, morning coffee, a refreshment station and access to onsite emergency medical care.

The Hunt

With participants identified as either “Hunters” or “Prey,” the playing field is set. With the entire campground at their disposal, the prey are released to run, hide or prepare. Then come the hunters, pursuing, subduing, and consuming the prey they desire. It is a primal, physical, violent and unbelievably sexy experience personalized to each individual’s preferences and limits on roughness and eroticism.

The Viking Feast

Roasted ribs, whole birds, bread and grilled delights are piled along the lengths of wooden tables as we feast like the Norse of Old. With entreaties to the Gods of Valhalla and reminiscences of the hunt just ended, we celebrate the destruction wrought on each other and refuel for a night that includes bonfires, kink scenes and untold debauchery and mischief in the individual campsites that pepper the woods.

The Grappling Tournament

Have you ever spent a sweaty evening on wrestling mats under the stars in a clearing in a wooded paradise? This warm-up event allows couples or strangers to compete in wrestling games and scenes, while a competitive track results in the night’s grappling champion. Sexy, rough, fun, and occassionally funny, this exercise creates the comraderie and the competitive environment that sets the tone for the rest of the weekend.

Kali V Queen of the Hunt: A whisper in the dark woods, Kali is the originator and designer of the signature ribbon color system, the heart of the Pack Vadon Hunt. She blends ritual, instinct, and fierce creativity in every gathering—and, yes, she watches entirely too much Game of Thrones.

PHXGrappler: Gentleman Savage and Chief Consort to the Queen: Polished gentleman or savage animal? Yes. PHXGrappler epitomizes the primal spirit of the Hunt and is the founder and host of the annual wrestling and grappling tournament.

2nd place whore: Hand of the Queen: She shows up and looks gorgeous, talks Kali off cliffs, and embodies fierce and fabulous—so fabulous stalks the forest hunting in high-heeled boots. 

The Volunteers : A berserker horde of tireless devoted and a little bit crazy, volunteers As with any large event nothing is possible without them. We pay them in mead, meat and spoils of war.

Who are we?

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All attendees must be at least 18 years of age as of the first day of the event. No exceptions.

  • We do not provide or sell alcohol. Attendees are welcome to bring their own libations at their own liability.

  • No. We have some activities other than the hunt itself specifically to accommodate those who may not have the physical capacity to chase or be chased across rough mountain terrain. If you participate in the hunt, be aware that some hunters are very athletic and aggressive. However, consent rules always apply. The negotiation social prior to the hunt is one good opportunity to set expectations with individual hunters.
